In episode 4 of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Baelor advised Dunk to demand a trial by combat with Aerion, because if he opted for a straight trial, he would be killed not only for striking a prince but also for allegedly kidnapping Egg. Dunk accepted Baelor's proposal because he knew he could take on Aerion in a one-on-one fight, but when he demanded a trial by combat, it backfired, because Aerion demanded a trial of seven.  This meant that Dunk would have to gather six other knights and fight Aerion and his six knights. Steffon was the first person to claim he would side with Dunk. Daeron said he would fall without much resistance during the trial to make up for the fact that he had lied about Dunk kidnapping Egg. And on the day of the fight, Egg convinced Lyonel, Robyn, Hardyng, and Beesbury to fight alongside Dunk. Beast 2022 Movie Review Trailer Cast Crew

On August 19, 2022, a new man vs. nature movie will hit the big screen: Beast. Starring Idris Elba, the actor will come face to face with a lion on a murderous path. This film is directed by Baltasar Kormákur and distributed by Universal Pictures. Kormákur is known for his survival films, having directed Adrift and Everest. Along with Elba, the film stars Leah Jeffries (Percy Jackson and the Olympians), Sharlto Copley (District 9), and Iyana Halley (This is Us).


Idris Elba is a fan-favorite actor across all genres and has starred in both the Marvel and DC universes. In this film he plays a biologist who confronts nature itself. Elba is not the first actor to confront nature (or lions) in the movies. This new film is an example of the fascination of humans to face something or someone that is more deadly and stronger. These themes are explored in a subgenre of horror called natural or echo horror films.

Dr. Nate Samuels (Idris Elba), a widowed husband, returns to South Africa, where he met his wife. He is on a long journey with his two teenage daughters, Meredith Samuels (Iyana Halley) and Norah Samuels (Leah Sava Jeffries), to a game reserve run by Martin Battles (Sharlto Copley), who is an old friend of the family and fellow wildlife biologist.

Elba plays Nate Samuels, a New York doctor who flies with his teenage daughters Meredith (Iyana Halley) and Norah (Leah Jeffries) to their mother's rural African hometown after her mother's death. Nate and his wife were separated when she passed away, and the trip is meant to be a form of catharsis for the family.

In the savannah, they have the perfect guide for a safari: Martin Battles (Sharlto Copely), a childhood friend of Nate's wife and current park ranger who protects the area's pride of lions from the threat of poachers.

But the family trip quickly turns into a nightmare when they discover that a small town has been mutilated to death, and on their way out they find the culprit: a pissed off male lion whose pride has been wiped out by poachers, and now he's looking for revenge.

However, a ferocious and bloodthirsty lion begins to stalk them and is ready to attack and devour anyone who crosses his path. His healing journey soon becomes a fight for survival as his ability to recover will be put to the test.
