2026 is a monumental year for *Zillennials* everywhere—well, at least if you’re a Disney fan. If you haven’t realized it yet, it’s not just the anniversary of *Hannah Montana*, but also the anniversary of *High School Musical*! And all in the same year? Twenty years later, the nostalgia hits you like a brick the instant Miley Cyrus steps onto the scene with her blonde bangs and that shiny gold belt. Although Miley herself looks mature and elegant now, her Tennessee personality shines through instantly the moment she sets foot on the set—the very home of the Stewarts! But, almost immediately, you feel that something is missing.  That’s because most of the show’s main cast doesn’t appear in this anniversary special. Even so, I can’t complain, considering that Miley is the sole reason we had the opportunity to enjoy this special at all. Troll 2022 Movie Review Trailer Cast Crew

 Netflix has just shared a creepy new trailer for its upcoming monster movie Troll. The mountains will be moving in Netflix's Troll, a Norwegian monster movie from Roar Uthaug that centers on a HUGE ancient troll that has been awakened. Netflix announced today that the film will be released on December 1, 2022.


In Troll, "When an elderly troll wakes up on a Norwegian mountain, a ragtag group of heroes must band together to try to stop him from wreaking deadly havoc." Released to coincide with Netflix Geeked Week 2022, the trailer gives audiences their first look at the massive supernatural creature that gives Troll its name. It also introduces several of the film's human characters, including Nora, Andreas (Kim Falck), Kristoffer, and Tobias (Gard B. Eidsvold). Inspired by Norwegian folklore, Troll is directed by Roar Uthaug, best known to American audiences for the 2018 Tomb Raider remake. The film does not yet have a release date.

The Troll teaser appeared alongside the trailer for another monster-themed Netflix outing, The Sea Beast. That's where the similarities between the two movies end, though, as The Sea Beast is a decidedly more family-friendly animated feature. It stars Karl Urban as the voice of famed sea monster hunter Jacob Holland and Zaris-Angel Hator as his future protégé Maisie Brumble. The Sea Beast marks the solo directorial debut of Chris Williams, whose previous co-director credits include Bolt, Big Hero 6 and Moana, and will be released in select theaters in June and on Netflix on July 8.


This release window will see The Sea Beast debut around the same time as the Netflix original The Gray Man, though the two films are unlikely to compete for viewers. Based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Mark Greaney, The Gray Man is an espionage thriller directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. Its star cast includes Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Regé-Jean Page, Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard and Jessica Henwick. Joe Russo previously confirmed that The Gray Man is set to serve as the first entry in an ongoing franchise, and reports have since surfaced that Netflix has already greenlit both a prequel and a sequel to the film.


Netflix's post-July release schedule also appears to be similarly packed. Vampire action flick Day Shift hits screens on August 12, starring Jamie Foxx as a blue-collar dad, Bud Jablonski, who leads a double life as a vampire hunter. Netflix recently shared a first-look video highlighting what Foxx describes as Day Shift's "popcorn-eating moments," involving close-quarters combat, vehicular carnage, and explosive gunshots.


JJ Perry is calling the shots in Day Shift, a first for the veteran stunt coordinator and occasional second unit director. The film is produced by John Wick's Chad Stahelski, along with Jason Spitz, Shaun Redick and Yvette Yates Redick.

Moonrise 2024 Tv Series Review Trailer Cast Crew

 Netflix has released a trailer for the new sci-fi anime, Moonrise, which shows the main character Jack in action against creatures that serve as antagonists in the Earth vs. Moon conflict. Although no firm release date has been provided for the anime series yet, Moonrise will stream on Netflix sometime in 2024. Announced on Netflix Tudum 2022, Moonrise is written by novelist Tou Ubukata, best known for his excellent work on Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass 2, and Psycho-Pass 3. Beloved artist Hiromu Akawara, who previously worked on the hit series from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, will also join the show as a character designer. Ubukata wrote and published a prologue novel in December 2018. Netflix describes Moonrise as "a fateful tale of resistance forces on the moon challenging the peaceful inhabitants of Earth to battle." Vinland Saga Season 2 Review Trailer Cast Crew

Vinland Saga is set to debut on Netflix and Crunchy Roll early in the new year. In order to get fans excited for the return of their favorite Viking epic anime, an official trailer featuring the ending song has been posted on their website. The trailer is set to LMYK's song “Without Love” and features a brief description that simply reads, “Against Fate: Crawl Cause and Effect. This is no doubt referring to Thorfinn's situation from season 1, as his actions in leaving home and what he did the entire time he was gone will surely have consequences. Vinland Saga Season 2 will stream every Monday at 12:30 p.m. JPT, starting January 9, 2023, with a simulcast on Crunchyroll and Netflix a bit later in the day for the US run.
