In episode 4 of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Baelor advised Dunk to demand a trial by combat with Aerion, because if he opted for a straight trial, he would be killed not only for striking a prince but also for allegedly kidnapping Egg. Dunk accepted Baelor's proposal because he knew he could take on Aerion in a one-on-one fight, but when he demanded a trial by combat, it backfired, because Aerion demanded a trial of seven.  This meant that Dunk would have to gather six other knights and fight Aerion and his six knights. Steffon was the first person to claim he would side with Dunk. Daeron said he would fall without much resistance during the trial to make up for the fact that he had lied about Dunk kidnapping Egg. And on the day of the fight, Egg convinced Lyonel, Robyn, Hardyng, and Beesbury to fight alongside Dunk. Bond of Justice: Kizuna 2023 Movie Review Trailer Cast Crew

It may have taken over seven years to materialize, but just as long has passed since we first saw teaser images for Ryuji Yamakita's new movie, now titled Bond Of Justice: Kizuna. I shared trailers for him that year, but didn't hear a word about his Kickstarter campaign in 2015, but now we have a new trailer making the rounds to hint at what's to come from Yamakita's indie label Iki Entertainment.



Yamakita has been working on another indie project recently titled Messenger, but I'm still not sure what that's turned out to be. In the meantime, it's worth noting the casting of this latest indie action fanfare with notable names like David "Bolo Jr." Yeung (no doubt related to celebrated action star Bolo Yeung), and the late Sonny Chiba, who filmed his scenes long before his untimely death last August.

 Netflix has released a trailer for the new sci-fi anime, Moonrise, which shows the main character Jack in action against creatures that serve as antagonists in the Earth vs. Moon conflict. Although no firm release date has been provided for the anime series yet, Moonrise will stream on Netflix sometime in 2024. Announced on Netflix Tudum 2022, Moonrise is written by novelist Tou Ubukata, best known for his excellent work on Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass 2, and Psycho-Pass 3. Beloved artist Hiromu Akawara, who previously worked on the hit series from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, will also join the show as a character designer. Ubukata wrote and published a prologue novel in December 2018. Netflix describes Moonrise as "a fateful tale of resistance forces on the moon challenging the peaceful inhabitants of Earth to battle."  Netflix went all out to unveil its highly anticipated miniseries “The Leopard,” based on Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa’s classic novel set in Sicily, marking the platform’s biggest splash in Italy yet.
