Saipan 2026. A film loosely based on the conflict between the Republic of Ireland coach, Mike McCarthy (Steve Coogan), and his star player, Roy Keane (Eanna Hardwicke), and Keane's subsequent departure from the Irish squad for the World Cup. To begin with, Hardwicke doesn't resemble Keane at all—she's much taller—but she does capture his arrogance. Coogan isn't an exact copy either, but she does capture his seemingly chaotic approach to player management. Bond of Justice: Kizuna 2023 Movie Review Trailer Cast Crew

It may have taken over seven years to materialize, but just as long has passed since we first saw teaser images for Ryuji Yamakita's new movie, now titled Bond Of Justice: Kizuna. I shared trailers for him that year, but didn't hear a word about his Kickstarter campaign in 2015, but now we have a new trailer making the rounds to hint at what's to come from Yamakita's indie label Iki Entertainment.



Yamakita has been working on another indie project recently titled Messenger, but I'm still not sure what that's turned out to be. In the meantime, it's worth noting the casting of this latest indie action fanfare with notable names like David "Bolo Jr." Yeung (no doubt related to celebrated action star Bolo Yeung), and the late Sonny Chiba, who filmed his scenes long before his untimely death last August.

 Netflix has released a trailer for the new sci-fi anime, Moonrise, which shows the main character Jack in action against creatures that serve as antagonists in the Earth vs. Moon conflict. Although no firm release date has been provided for the anime series yet, Moonrise will stream on Netflix sometime in 2024. Announced on Netflix Tudum 2022, Moonrise is written by novelist Tou Ubukata, best known for his excellent work on Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass 2, and Psycho-Pass 3. Beloved artist Hiromu Akawara, who previously worked on the hit series from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, will also join the show as a character designer. Ubukata wrote and published a prologue novel in December 2018. Netflix describes Moonrise as "a fateful tale of resistance forces on the moon challenging the peaceful inhabitants of Earth to battle." Vinland Saga Season 2 Review Trailer Cast Crew

Vinland Saga is set to debut on Netflix and Crunchy Roll early in the new year. In order to get fans excited for the return of their favorite Viking epic anime, an official trailer featuring the ending song has been posted on their website. The trailer is set to LMYK's song “Without Love” and features a brief description that simply reads, “Against Fate: Crawl Cause and Effect. This is no doubt referring to Thorfinn's situation from season 1, as his actions in leaving home and what he did the entire time he was gone will surely have consequences. Vinland Saga Season 2 will stream every Monday at 12:30 p.m. JPT, starting January 9, 2023, with a simulcast on Crunchyroll and Netflix a bit later in the day for the US run. The show originally premiered on CTV in March of the same year and features Morgan Kohan, Tom Jackson and Chad Michael Murray. in fundamental roles. It is based on the novel of the same name by Robyn Carr and is set in rural Nova Scotia.
