2026 is a monumental year for *Zillennials* everywhere—well, at least if you’re a Disney fan. If you haven’t realized it yet, it’s not just the anniversary of *Hannah Montana*, but also the anniversary of *High School Musical*! And all in the same year? Twenty years later, the nostalgia hits you like a brick the instant Miley Cyrus steps onto the scene with her blonde bangs and that shiny gold belt. Although Miley herself looks mature and elegant now, her Tennessee personality shines through instantly the moment she sets foot on the set—the very home of the Stewarts! But, almost immediately, you feel that something is missing.  That’s because most of the show’s main cast doesn’t appear in this anniversary special. The Power 2023 Tv Series Review Trailer Cast Crew

The Power has been at the top of everyone's reading list, including Barack Obama's, since it was published in 2016, and now the sci-fi tale comes to television with an international cast that includes Toni Collette, Oscar nominated.


British author Naomi Alderman's best-selling novel about a major global power shift that sees women able to electrocute people with a touch of their fingertips has sparked a highly anticipated series for Prime Video.

Stars: Toni Collette, Toheeb Jimoh, Halle Bush

The series features a cast of notable characters from London to Seattle, Nigeria and Eastern Europe, as the Power evolves from a tickle in adolescent collarbones to a complete reversal of the balance of power in the world.


Toni Collette (The Staircase) has been cast as the lead in The Power, Prime Video's 10-episode global suspense drama based on Naomi Alderman's feminist sci-fi book, while The Good Wife alum Josh Charles, is set for a key recurring role on the series from the sister of Jane Featherstone and director Reed Morano. They replace Leslie Mann and Tim Robbins, respectively, who left the series in May.


Additionally, Raelle Tucker (Jessica Jones, True Blood) has signed an overall deal with Amazon Studios. Under the deal, in addition to developing new projects, Tucker will serve as showrunner and executive producer on The Power.


The Power was among the series most affected by the pandemic. Mann was originally cast as the lead Margot Cleary-Lopez in October 2019, followed by Rainn Wilson as the series' then-lead male role Daniel Dandon in early 2020. Production began in February 2020, but closed the following month. at the start of the coronavirus pandemic. With filming delayed for a month, Wilson became unavailable and Robbins took over the role of Dandon in January 2021 when it was switched from series regular to recurring. The series returned to production last spring until Mann and Robbins exited in May.

Moonrise 2024 Tv Series Review Trailer Cast Crew

 Netflix has released a trailer for the new sci-fi anime, Moonrise, which shows the main character Jack in action against creatures that serve as antagonists in the Earth vs. Moon conflict. Although no firm release date has been provided for the anime series yet, Moonrise will stream on Netflix sometime in 2024. Announced on Netflix Tudum 2022, Moonrise is written by novelist Tou Ubukata, best known for his excellent work on Ghost in the Shell, Psycho-Pass 2, and Psycho-Pass 3. Beloved artist Hiromu Akawara, who previously worked on the hit series from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga, will also join the show as a character designer. Ubukata wrote and published a prologue novel in December 2018. Netflix describes Moonrise as "a fateful tale of resistance forces on the moon challenging the peaceful inhabitants of Earth to battle." Vinland Saga Season 2 Review Trailer Cast Crew

Vinland Saga is set to debut on Netflix and Crunchy Roll early in the new year. In order to get fans excited for the return of their favorite Viking epic anime, an official trailer featuring the ending song has been posted on their website. The trailer is set to LMYK's song “Without Love” and features a brief description that simply reads, “Against Fate: Crawl Cause and Effect. This is no doubt referring to Thorfinn's situation from season 1, as his actions in leaving home and what he did the entire time he was gone will surely have consequences. Vinland Saga Season 2 will stream every Monday at 12:30 p.m. JPT, starting January 9, 2023, with a simulcast on Crunchyroll and Netflix a bit later in the day for the US run.
