Saipan 2026. A film loosely based on the conflict between the Republic of Ireland coach, Mike McCarthy (Steve Coogan), and his star player, Roy Keane (Eanna Hardwicke), and Keane's subsequent departure from the Irish squad for the World Cup. To begin with, Hardwicke doesn't resemble Keane at all—she's much taller—but she does capture his arrogance.
