The gist: Kim Hee-ae plays Hwang Do-hee, the lady in the high heels. She is an imaging expert and fixer for a high-profile retail chain called Eunsung, and was tasked with organizing the open reconnaissance of Eun Chae-ryung, a woman whose family claims the Eunsung Company. Eun is clearly unstable and has been viciously persecuting some of her workers lately, and the story is breaking public.

He has jumped at her passing rather than face the shame of being fired and her story not being accepted. However, from his hand falls one of Baek's sleeve buttons, one that he had been missing from his shirt earlier in the episode. It looks like Baek, the new mayoral candidate, could have lied about his relationship with Han all things considered, and well, that's another mess Hwang should fix.
