Neal Brennan has a new comedy special titled Neal Brennan: Blocks on Netflix and it will be released globally on November 8th.


In his new comedy special, Neal Brennan moves physical blocks around the stage to explain the emotional and cultural issues that make him feel like something is wrong with him. From his complicated relationship with his dog Keith, drugs and alcohol, liberalism, and his slim chances of finding true eternal love, Brennan gives the audience an honest and hilarious look inside his psyche.

With each new hour of comedy, Neal Brennan has taken us on an adventure into the mind of a comedic genius who is still trying to figure it all out. With his latest project, he continues his own journey as he points inward and literally tries to put together the pieces of what makes him tick.


Brennan's latest solo show, Blocks, which hits Netflix on November 8, sees the longtime comedy virtuoso shake up the stand-up format even further while implementing visual aids on stage to separate aspects of his life, both personally and culturally. that make him feel like something is wrong with him. Filmed at The Belasco Theater in Los Angeles, Dave Chappelle's long-time collaborator tackles a host of issues and aspects of his life that have him searching, especially when it comes to topics like relationships, or more specifically, with his Keith dog. drugs and alcohol, liberalism and what he feels are his slim chances of finding eternal love.


It's not a new direction for the critically acclaimed, award-winning writer and comedian to come to us with blunt honesty and vulnerability, but while giving the audience another hilarious look straight into his psyche, Brennan has somehow found a new way to shuffle things around and add a new presentation element to the art form.

The new stand-up special on the streaming platform follows the success of her 3 Mics special that was released in 2017. In 3 Mics, Brennan appears alternating between three microphones on stage. Brennan uses the first microphone to read one-liners from tokens, the second microphone is used to talk about dealing with depression, and the third microphone is used to perform his one-man show.
