This review contains plot details from the first three episodes of “All’s Fair,” which are now available on Hulu. Creators: Jon Robin Baitz, Joe Baken, Ryan Murphy Stars: Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash The fact that a legal drama supposedly about female empowerment begins with a pilot episode written and directed by men probably tells you everything you need to know about “All’s Fair.” In fact, of the three episodes currently available on Hulu to commemorate the series premiere, only one features a significant creative credit from a woman, and it’s shared between executive producer Jamie Pachino and co-creator Ryan Murphy, who collaborated on the script for Episode 2.  But this is a review, so I’m obligated to elaborate: “All’s Fair” is a clumsy, condescending take on superficial, triumphalist feminism, undercooked even by the standards of the overworked Murphy, who co-created the series with Joe Baken and Jon Robin Baitz. The Other Zoey 2023 Movie Review Trailer

 While the love triangle rom-com theme may seem a little tired, it never fails to captivate me. The upcoming fall release, “The Other Zoey,” stars Josephine Langford as a college student who faces the difficult task of choosing between Drew Starkey and Archie Renaux. Frankly, I have no idea how she's going to pull it off.


All jokes aside, “The Other Zoey” already looks to be one of the standout rom-coms of the fall. It has an attractive cast and a promising complexity that makes it even more intriguing. The film delves into themes of family, choice, desire, destroying stereotypes, and honesty, making it a must-see for me. Here's everything we know about the movie!

Zoey (played by Josephine Langford) is a college student with a penchant for challenging conventional notions about love and dating. She is not at all impressed with Zach (played by Drew Starkey). However, things take a turn when Zach wakes up with amnesia after an accident, believing Zoey to be his girlfriend (who happens to share the same name). Zoey faces the challenging task of breaking the news, especially when she crosses paths with Zach's charismatic and intelligent cousin, Miles (played by Archie Renaux).

 Netflix has released a trailer for the new sci-fi anime, Moonrise, which shows the main character Jack in action against creatures that serve as antagonists in the Earth vs. Moon conflict.  Netflix went all out to unveil its highly anticipated miniseries “The Leopard,” based on Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa’s classic novel set in Sicily, marking the platform’s biggest splash in Italy yet.
